Description

Provider will supply Customer with required number of technicians (estimate of 2 technician per site) for the duration of the donor facility station set-ups. The provider will staff the technicians to handle on-site installations of hardware including; PCs, Phones, Printers and Kiosks. Resources will follow the “Workstation Install Guide” as laid out in the “r IT Station Deployment” document.

Technicians to also document enhancements to the playbook that may outdated process, configurations, actual products installed. Technicians will take photos of cabling and what the set up looks like to enhance repeatable process for next deployment techs.

A couple of things to be attuned immediately;
• Equipment quantities are needed and where these items will be found once technician is onsite Specific to CDW equipment as well as specific to SHI equipment.
• If any configuration requirements are demanded from the technician, these instructions will need to be added to the playbook.
• Anything helpful that the engineers should have ahead of arrival
• Anything helpful the engineers should know upon arrival
• Required equipment – what do they need to bring with them?
• Process for completion and sign off?

External Communities Job Description

We are looking for a consultant for a 2 day donor facility hardware set-up. This person will be responsible for the setup and installation of Kiosk, Tablet, PC and Printer Stations as well as communicating any escalations required to technical teams.

 

EVP

Gives technician a part of bigger picture as opens center nationally. This center will help bring healthcare more advanced ways of testing plasma and how we can use it towards vaccinations.

 

Work Environment

There will be mild construction at these sites as they are brand new. Will need to be comfortable working in a busy and loud location.
