The ideal spa manager candidate is goal oriented , and growth minded with a proven background in sales management , spa operations , and customer service . Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics: Membership Conversion - You understand how to coach and motivate your spa team to welcome, empower, and connect with your clients. Revenue - Understand how to drive revenue via maximizing the schedule, marketing and upgrading services. Recruiting - Passion for building a team of spa professionals! Operations - Measure and deliver results, create a strong member base, and deliver a consistently excellent client experience. What you need to succeed in this role: 3 to 5 years management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry Flexible schedule - this role requires a variety of hours including nights and weekends. Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services. Strong and clear communication skills What's in it for yo u? $35,000 - $45,000 base salary range - plus yearly bonuses.
