Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC/R Manager position include:- 3+ years of experience managing HVAC/R systems, including reactionary services- MUST HAVE experience with CO2 refrigeration and CO2 rack systems- Oversee daily HVAC/Refrigeration monitoring and dispatch operations- Lead and support internal HVACR teams and coordinate preventive maintenance- Analyze, improve, and implement processes and workflows- Approve HVACR-related invoices and maintain accurate records of system assets- Provide excellent customer service and technical support for internal and external partners- National travel 50% of the time for new builds and existing locations (all expenses paid) Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
