💼 What You’ll Be Doing
• Train and support internal sensory panelists for consistent performance
• Lead internal tastings and manage panel sessions
• Serve as a superuser of the internal sensory software platform
• Analyze sensory data and translate findings into actionable insights
• Partner with scientists to align sensory data with consumer research
• Support the execution of high-quality sensory studies across product lines
🎓 What You Bring
• Master’s in Sensory Science, Food Technology, or related field (or Bachelor’s + 5 years’ experience)
• Completed coursework or hands-on experience in sensory science
• Proven ability to lead trained sensory panels
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP
• Experience in CPG or R&D environments highly preferred
🕘 Schedule & Pay
• Location: Fremont, MI (On-site Tues–Thurs)
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Duration: 7-month contract
• Pay: $45–$48/hr (based on experience and education)
