WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
This is a full-time position with a 1st shift starting at 6:00 am .
In this management role, your expertise will guide daily operations in a state-of-the-art production facility where precision and quality are paramount. You will meticulously inspect raw materials, develop and execute production schedules based on detailed work order analysis, and work in close collaboration with both your team and maintenance personnel to ensure optimal equipment performance through preventative measures. Leading safety initiatives and GMP audits will be central to your responsibilities, as you continuously refine production processes and implement improvements that elevate operational standards and product quality, all while sustaining the efficiency and integrity of our production environment.
